1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your order without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, it starts on the day you receive the last item. You may also cancel a pre-order at any time before it is delivered.

How to withdraw: send us a clear statement of your decision by email at kheos59@gmail.com, or use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy.

Returning the goods: you must send the goods back to [return address] no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Return costs are borne by you. You may be held liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine them.

Refund: we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• CDs, vinyl records and other audio recordings delivered sealed, once they have been unsealed after delivery;
• items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

2. Pre-orders and delivery

Our physical products (CDs, vinyl records, merchandise) are produced independently by the band, often in limited quantities. If no date is stated, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

We will inform you of any delay. If your order has not been delivered by the stated date, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If we fail to do so, you may cancel your order and will be refunded in full within 14 days.

3. Shipping address

Please check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will reship it at your expense or refund your order minus the shipping costs incurred.

4. Lost or damaged parcels

We are responsible for your order until you receive it. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us: we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

5. Defective or non-conforming items: legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have 2 years from delivery to report a defect. Any defect appearing within this period is presumed to have existed at delivery. You may choose between repair and replacement, at no cost to you, including shipping. If neither is possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.

To make a claim, contact us at kheos59@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging.

Slight variations inherent to small-batch production (printing, colours), when described on the product page, are not defects.

6. Customs (orders outside the European Union)

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient.
